Agreement

This company herein authorizes the National Association of Senior & Specialty Move Managers to reserve exposure space in their 2025 Annual Conference to be held October 16-19, 2025 at the Fairmont Hotel in Dallas. It is understood all displays are subject to approval by NASMM's Executive Team and all personnel must adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by NASMM and the Fairmont Dallas Hotel. NASMM has the right to refuse participation of any exhibiting company. NASMM has the right to amend the published exhibit schedule and the right to modify the expo floor plan, should the need arise. Your submission of this application indicates agreement with all provisions listed herein.
