REGISTRATION QUESTIONS

What are the registration fees?

Member rates:

  • Early Bird Rate through 4/30: $1099 first person | $1049 additional persons
  • Regular Rate (5/1 and forward): $1199 | $1149 Additional person
  • Pre-Conference Rates: $199, $299 or $399–depending on which Pre-Conference workshop(s) you choose to attend

Non Member rates:

  • $1399 per person
  • Pre-Conference rates: $399 each

What does my registration fee include?

  • Your conference rate covers all education sessions, breakfasts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, lunch on Friday, conference materials, and the receptions on Thursday and Friday evenings (Whoa that's a lot! No continental breakfasts at this conference. You'll need lots of protein for all the learning and networking ahead of you each day & we've got you covered.)
  • Cash bars and light hors d’oeuvres will be available at all evening social functions
  • Registered attendees will also receive access to all available session handouts and the attendee roster

May I Bring a Guest?

  • NASMM offers a guest rate for spouses or significant others
  • The guest rate of $549 includes access to the NASMM Marketplace and Idea Exchange and the meal/social functions outlined on the Schedule page.
  • Guests are not permitted to attend Learning Labs
  • If you wish to register a guest, please contact the NASMM office directly at info@NASMM.org

Will I receive a confirmation of my registration?

  • A confirmation of your registration will be sent to you via email immediately upon registering online.
  • The confirmation will come from the email info@nasmm.org so please add this address to your "safe list"
  • Additional confirmation materials will be emailed to you in by mid-September

Will I be refunded if I have to cancel my registration?

We'll be sorry that you won't be able to join us for this exceptional learning and networking experience!
However, we understand that things happen so if you simply can't attend, please notify us in writing. 
Please see the refund policy below.

  • Absolutely no refunds will be made after September 15, 2025
  • Cancellations prior to July 15 will receive a refund, less a 25% administrative fee based on the total cancelled registration fee
  • Cancellations received between July 15 and August 15 will be refunded less a 35% administrative fee based on the total cancelled registration fee
  • Cancellations received between August 16 and September 15 will be refunded less a 40% administrative fee based on the total cancelled registration fee.
  • Request for refunds MUST be received in writing. NASMM cannot refund conference fees if you cannot attend the conference due to inclement weather
  • NASMM cannot refund registrations for COVID concerns unless there is a federal mandate from the CDC imposing the cancellation of travel and events. NASMM will follow CDC protocols for NASMM 2025
  • Substitutions may be made at any time. If you are unable to attend but someone else from your organization can come in your place, please notify us in writing via email info@nasmm.org

I am a member of the press — do you have press registration?

NASMM welcomes professional editorial staff (including photographers and camera crews) of print, online, and broadcast media to attend the NASMM Annual Conference & Exposition on a complimentary basis.

I am a first time attendee. What can I expect?
We’re excited you’re joining us for your first NASMM conference.

  • You will be invited to attend a Zoom orientation a couple of weeks prior to the conference, where we’ll go over what to expect at the conference and introduce you to other first time attendees
  • When you arrive on site on Thursday, October 16, you will be invited to a First Time Attendee reception where you’ll be able to meet other first time attendees along with NASMM leadership

MEALS

What type of food is served?

  • NASMM provides a full breakfast buffet on Friday, October 17 and Sunday, October 19, and an expanded continental breakfast on Saturday, October 18
  • Easy-to-eat finger foods are provided for lunch on Friday
  • Light hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar are available during the evening receptions – soda and water are always complimentary

I have dietary restrictions, what should I do?

NASMM is prepared to make accommodations for reasonable dietary restrictions. For most dietary restrictions, a vegetarian/gluten free meal is offered. You can check this option on your registration form.

GENERAL PROGRAMMING

What is the dress code?

Get comfortable so you can enjoy your meeting experience! Therefore, we strongly encourage layered business casual dress. We suggest layering so you may adapt to temperature changes throughout the day. Bring a light sweater or jacket as meeting rooms in large hotels may be cooler (or warmer) than you anticipate. 

How do I access the conference handouts?

  • NASMM will provide you with access to our comprehensive conference mobile app
  • The mobile app offers you access to the session handouts prior to attending
  • You may print out any handouts, or simply view them on your mobile device, tablet or laptop
  • Internet access will be available
