The purchaser of NAVIGATOR understands this document is owned by NASMM and is licensed to you. You agree to only use NAVIGATOR for your company’s internal use. You may not distribute NAVIGATOR or share NAVIGATOR with other NASMM members.
This Agreement enters into force from the date of purchase and remains in effect unless terminated jointly by the parties. Even if the commercial relationship between the parties ends, the confidentiality obligations in this contract will continue to be valid. This agreement or any right herein is not transferable in whole or in part.
By continuing to purchase NASMM Navigator, you agree to this licensing agreement.
